Split-lock Rebar Connection System

Split-lock coupler is a mechanical reinforcement connection system. The system is divided into two parts: split-lock coupler and YD-JYJ-40 split-lock clamping machine. It is suitable for the modular connection of rebars, and the construction is simple and convenient, and can be applied to the scene where the upper and lower steel bars are against each other or there is a gap. The joint is still connected by mechanical thread, so the demand for extrusion force is small. Compared with other products, the taper sleeve locking system has greater tolerance for the position of horizontal reinforcement.   The extrusion force can be adjusted in real time. ●Realize remote control. ●Automatically return after reaching pressure. ●The maximum weight of the clamp is 19kg. ●The quality of joint connection can be checked visually. ●Extrusion is intelligently controlled by pressure. ●After the installation is completed, it will be inspected by the caliper gauge. ●The pressure gauge with point can adapt to the full range of sleeve specifications.
