GKY1000 hydraulic grip machine

GKY1000 hydraulic grip machine is the latest rebar processing machine launched by our company. It is mainly used for grip rebar and coupler in anti-aircraft impact rebar mechanical connection system of construction. It is a special rebar processing equipment and can process rebar with a diameter of φ12-40mm.

GKY1000 rebar grip machine can complete the extrusion deformation of the anti-impact rebar mechanical couplers, form a tight connection with the rebar, and meet the various performance requirements of the anti-impact rebar mechanical couplers.

This machine is simple to operate, compact in structure, low in labor intensity, safe and reliable in operation, and the working process is visible. The grip size is adjustable, and it has pressure regulation and pressure limiting functions. It has online data recording and export functions and abnormal situation alarm functions.

Step 3: With help of two pipe wrench, tighten the connection by turning both rebar / couplers in opposite direction at the same time.
