S-500 Automatic Rebar Parallel Thread Cutting Machine

The opening and closing of the Chaser, as well as the clamping and releasing of the workpiece, are operated via a pneumatic-hydraulic linkage, making it a semi-automatic threading machine. The machine is equipped with two limit switches and two adjustable stops, allowing for precise adjustment of the distance between the stop and the limit switch, ensuring the production of threaded lengths that meet technical requirements. Features ●The spindle utilizes variable frequency stepless speed regulation, enabling the selection of the optimal cutting speed to achieve satisfactory quality. ●To reduce the resistance during automatic threading, the carriage uses high-precision linear guides. ●The machine uses a chaser that can be repeatedly sharpened, extending chaser life and reducing consumable costs.
